This week, Ukraine advanced core digital-government capabilities with an announced AI Factory, new fintech tools in Diia, and progress on resilient communications. The Ministry of Digital Transformation presented the leadership team behind priority tracks in AI, e-government, cyber and infrastructure. In the region, Moldova moved forward on digital ID. Globally, Mastercard signaled steps in stablecoins and agentic AI commerce, while Dubai invited international AI builders to co-create public services.<\/p>\n

? Ukraine announced the AI Factory, a state AI infrastructure with GPU compute, sovereign data storage, and tooling for training and deployment. Two more banks \u2014 state-owned Oschadbank and private A-Bank \u2014 have joined the e-Pidpryiemets service in Diia, which allows entrepreneurs to open a bank account during sole proprietorship registration without additional steps.
